BOMBANANA! Roblox Game

Three monkeys. One bomb. Zero shared information.

BOMBANANA! is the chaotic 3-player co-op bomb defusal game from Lefto Studio, published by TARK. After becoming the most played demo of Steam Next Fest June 2026 and passing 1 million wishlists, it came to Roblox with FXFX Studio as the official Roblox development partner.

The game

Each player is a monkey with one missing sense. The Blind Monkey handles the bomb but can’t see it. The Mute Monkey holds the manual but can’t speak. The Deaf Monkey sees everything but hears nothing. Nobody can defuse the bomb alone, and there is no right way to communicate. Gestures, shouting, pointing and panic are all part of the plan. Friendships not guaranteed.

Our role
FXFX Studio built the Roblox version of BOMBANANA! from the ground up, adapting a PC co-op experience to Roblox’s cross-platform, all-ages audience while keeping the asymmetric gameplay that made the original a hit.

• Custom characters: The monkeys are fully custom meshes, not the standard Roblox avatar rig, rendered on the client from server-side position data for smooth, responsive multiplayer.
• Platform-native design: Onboarding, matchmaking and session flow built for Roblox players across PC, mobile and console.
• Launch and live ops: Release, All Ages rollout and post-launch iteration in close collaboration with TARK and Lefto Studio.
